Hamstring Tightness
Are your hamstrings always feel tight no matter how much you stretch them?? Your muscles might not be the issue.
There are multiple reasons why your hamstrings may be tight. One of these could be neurological tension within your sciatic nerve(s).
Nerves don’t like to be stretched! When there is excessive tension on a nerve, it can result in the surrounding muscles tightening up in an attempt to protect the nerve. Continuing to try and stretch this won’t result in any increases in range of motion!
